Non-sewers and experienced sewers are both welcome.
We have a limited number of loaner sewing machines. BYO machine and extension cords if you can.

Sleeved and Hooded Robe
|# of Spots and Brief Description||Non-sewer, or beginner interested in making a simple hooded cloak from a sheet.
|Already did Class 1, beginner, or intermediate sewer.
Learn how to make a simple T-robe with no hood.
|Already did Class 1 or 2 or a sewer ready to learn to work from a store pattern.
Make a hooded, sleeved cloak. We are using Simplicity 5840. (provided)
Please wash and dry all fabrics before class.

1 spool of 1/2” to 1” wide ribbon to match your cloak
|2 ½ or 3 yards (if you are very tall) of 54 to 60 inch fabric, any type. Just make sure that 54 or 60 inches goes around the hips and tummy.
Fabric shopping with teacher is on Sunday Sept 11 after Coffee Hour. Meet at 12:30 in Gore Hall stage area of First Unitarian.

COST AND REGISTRATION
All classes are $10 for the weekend.
Early bird registration is in person on Aug 28 at the Opportunity Fiesta.
Regular registration begins Aug 29, 2016 by email until all spots are filled. There are roughly 24 spots. While space allows, nobody will be turned away for lack of funds.
